Dr. Yussuf Okari Motari, PhD, CPA
Managing Partner & Lead Consultant – Strategy, CX, and Sustainability
Dr. Motari is a seasoned consultant and academic with over 12 years of experience in strategic planning, customer experience transformation, branding, gender mainstreaming, and sustainability consulting. He has successfully led assignments for organizations such as USAID/Aga Khan Foundation, Hatua Trust, Kisii University, Seeds of Hope, and the Kisii Endelevu Trust Initiative (KETI).
Beyond consultancy, Dr. Motari lectures in Marketing at Kisii University, where he mentors future professionals and contributes to curriculum development. He is widely published in peer-reviewed journals on marketing, consumer behavior, sustainability, and public policy, and serves as Assistant Editor of the African Journal of Business Review (AJBR). His blend of academic rigor and practical consulting experience makes him a trusted partner in designing evidence-based, client-centered solutions.
Dr. Michael Karanja, PhD
Senior Consultant – Research, Monitoring & Evaluation
Dr. Karanja is an expert in monitoring, evaluation, and research design, with a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Holding a PhD in Educational Research & Evaluation, he has over a decade of experience supporting NGOs, governments, and development partners in developing robust accountability and learning systems.
He specializes in M&E framework design, program evaluations, and evidence-based insights that strengthen policy and decision-making. A published scholar and mentor, Dr. Karanja has guided numerous postgraduate research projects and authored handbooks on research methodology. His ability to translate data into actionable recommendations ensures clients benefit from solutions that are both rigorous and practical.
Mr. Joshua Makori, BCom, CPA (K)
Finance & Compliance Manager
A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Makori leads MMC’s financial management, compliance, and administrative functions. He ensures financial accountability, resource optimization, and adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. His role includes overseeing procurement systems, internal controls, and fiscal reporting — providing a strong backbone for MMC’s operations and client confidence.
Dr. Charles Momanyi, PhD
Senior Consultant – Strategy & Organizational Development
Dr. Momanyi is a specialist in strategic management, governance, and institutional capacity development, with extensive experience in organizational restructuring and performance improvement. He has worked with public institutions, civil society organizations, and development partners to design forward-looking strategies that enhance accountability, performance, and resilience.
His expertise bridges high-level strategic thinking with operational implementation, making him an invaluable resource for organizations undergoing transformation and institutional change.
Ms. Rosaline Muchiri
Supply Chain & Client Relations Officer
Ms. Muchiri specializes in supply chain management and client engagement. She coordinates MMC’s marketing, outreach, and logistical operations, ensuring smooth execution of consultancy assignments. Her ability to blend marketing strategy with operational logistics helps MMC maintain a strong market presence while delivering seamless, client-focused service.
Mr. Michel Adjibodou, MSc
Senior Consultant – Community Development & Inclusive Growth
Mr. Adjibodou holds an MSc in International Community Economic Development from New Hampshire College, USA. He brings vast experience in community development, economic empowerment, and social enterprise models, supporting organizations to design and implement inclusive growth strategies.
He currently serves as Executive Director at CediA Africa, where he leads initiatives in strategy, program innovation, and institutional strengthening. His experience in coordinating multi-stakeholder partnerships across public, private, and civil society sectors makes him a valuable asset in advancing sustainable, community-centered development solutions.
