Research, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

MMC provides evidence-based insights that inform better decision-making and maximize impact. Our expertise covers baseline, midline, and endline studies; program impact assessments; and performance evaluations.

We conducted the CSO Sustainability Index Study for the USAID/Aga Khan Foundation (Yetu Project), providing critical insights on civil society resilience. Additionally, we carried out a Mid-Term Gender Evaluation for Seeds of Hope, enabling the organization to measure progress and strengthen program delivery.

MMC conducted a University-Wide Customer Satisfaction Survey for Kisii University, offering actionable recommendations that improved both student and staff experiences. We also partnered with Ndizi Television Enterprises Ltd on business strategy and branding to strengthen market positioning and outreach.
